The Movement Edit: Back to You — Reset, Routine & Rhythms for Fall
Starting with a gentle reset (that actually works)!
There’s something sacred about the first week the kids go back to school.
The house gets quieter. Your brain starts to open up. There’s space to catch your breath. And then comes, a very familiar urge:
“I’m ready to get back to myself.”
Not in a dreamy, someday way. But in a let’s go way.
It’s tempting to dive straight into a new plan or challenge or full-body overhaul. And listen—there’s nothing wrong with wanting structure. I think a lot of us are craving it. But what actually works long term isn’t intensity—it’s intention and consistency.
This week’s post is about what I’m calling a Gentle Reset—but let me be clear: gentle doesn’t mean passive or minimal. It means thoughtful, grounded, and designed to work with your real life.
And yes, it includes an actual plan.
